About

Hello! My name is Carina Gold. I’m a photographer who specializes in portraits. Most of the year, I’m based in Decatur, GA. In summers, I reside in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I’m a sophomore at Agnes Scott College. I am a German Studies major, and a Sociology/Anthropology minor. After undergraduate, I want to go to graduate school for social work, preferably in a German speaking country. I am an aspiring youth worker with a background in group facilitation, tutoring and teaching language, and furthering youth driven projects. I’ve created and published a book of community building activities for youth development organizations through one of my internships. I am passionate about creating spaces where kids can have meaningful and educational experiences.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, gardening, spending time with friends, and cooking. I like spending time outside and sharing my creations with friends and family.

I’ve been doing photography for about a four years, and have trained in videography and standard composition rules. I love working with a camera to create images that people love. My favorite part of this art is seeing how happy the images make people. As a college student, I understand that money can be an issue. If you would like to work out a reduced deal, please email me.
